Returns
- Request a return within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in original packaging.
- Opened consumable/hygiene products (supplements, honey, oils, personal care) generally cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, expired, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product. We will arrange replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive/inspect the return (or approve a damage claim). Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the error was ours.
