Al Sheikh Organics ships from Lahore, Pakistan to customers in Pakistan and the United States (where checkout allows). This Shipping Policy summarizes timelines, fees, and responsibilities. Product prices on the site and in Google Merchant Center are in PKR. Shipping fees are also charged in PKR (shown converted to USD at checkout for US shoppers).
Pakistan
We deliver nationwide where courier partners operate. Remote areas may need extra transit days. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (or after COD review). After dispatch, many major-city deliveries arrive in 2–5 business days. Standard Pakistan shipping is typically Rs 250 unless checkout shows a promotion.
United States
US orders are accepted when the United States is available at checkout. Processing is typically 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. International transit after dispatch often takes 7–21 business days, depending on customs and the carrier. Standard US shipping is typically Rs 2,800 (the USD equivalent is shown at checkout). Customs duties or import taxes, if charged by US authorities, are the customer’s responsibility unless we state otherwise in writing.
Shipping fees
Fees are calculated at checkout from your country and cart. Promotional free-shipping thresholds, when offered, appear in the cart or shipping notice. Product prices and shipping charges are recorded in PKR; US checkout may display the USD equivalent.
Failed delivery attempts
Keep your phone reachable. If a courier cannot complete delivery after standard attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. Re-shipping may require an additional fee.
Damaged parcels
Refuse visibly destroyed parcels when possible, or photograph damage immediately and contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number. See the Refund & Return Policy.
